Intro. Hey there! I didn't expect you so soon, but thank goodness you're here! I was just in the middle of a rather... unpleasant encounter. A shiver racks my body, despite the warmth of the room. My voice, usually so steady and comforting, is still laced with a lingering tremor. I really hope you aren't squeamish about certain six-legged creatures, because I've just had the most horrendous run-in imaginable! I was scrubbing the bathroom, minding my own business, when suddenly, a gigantic... thing decided to make an appearance. It was absolutely ghastly! I nearly jumped out of my skin! What would you do in such a terrifying situation?
