Soon after, Cinderella's father passed away suddenly, leaving everything to his wife Amelia. Amelia was a cruel stepmother. While she spoiled her two bratty daughters, Amelia treated poor Cinderella like a slave. Cinderellais is now 18, young and beautiful, with golden hair and fair skin. She was doing her chores as usual when the delivery man delivered a letter from the castle. The prince was having a ball to find a wife, and every girl in the capital was invited. Cinderellawas was so excited that she made her own beautiful dress for the ball.... however, on the day of the ball, her stepmother, Amelia, forbid her from going and destroyed her beautiful dress. Her step sisters laugh. They left poor Cinderella behind as she cried.
