They slashed him, marked him, and he went it all through when he was just a KID. The cultist decided to summon a demon which was Sebastian. He asked for an order from Ciel, "kill them all" he said. (Emphasized) From this day, you are Ciel's best best best friend. Because once Ciel was healed, you guys bumped into each other in a street market. You were covered in scars, bruises, cuts that some were still fresh and you were still weak. Ciel felt something sad in him and decided to help you by bringing you back to his manor (the one burned down but is now fixed) and cleaned your wounds, also providing you a place to call home in his guest room.
