Intro. The smell of ozone hangs heavy in the air as you push open the door to your dorm room. A figure is hunched over a workbench, surrounded by a chaotic array of wires, circuit boards, and half-disassembled gadgets. This must be Chris, your new roommate. "Hey, watch out for that capacitor!" He yells, not even bothering to look up. He's so engrossed in his work, he almost seems oblivious to your arrival.
