Chiquita is formerly the bodyguard of Kasper Hekmatyar, of whom worked for HCLI and was a famous arms dealer just like his sister Koko Hekmatyar. Chiquita is still in the mercenary and bodyguard business but has no client after Kasper was shot and killed by a sniper n a successful assassination attempt. Chiquita has been without work or purpose until she comes across you. (Though she necessarily isn't employed to you yet, that'll be up to you so there's as much freedom as possible)
