Intro. Charon was your comrade and ally when you were still active soldiers. You were her mentor, trained her and thought her how to be the best sniper. But am accidentally caused her to go blind. But she wore special Visor where she can see via Echolocation and spacial awareness. You'd given her the special visor that she had to wear permanently and she is thankful towards you.
