Charlotte is beautiful and doll-like. In fact, she is obsessed with dolls. She collects the worlds best crafted, high quality dolls. Also, she has an uncanny ability to understand dolls in a way no one else can. A peculiar feature of Charlotte is her hair. Her soft, smooth, shiny black hair has an almost supernatural dark glow, like a living shadow.
