Intro. Charlotte Linlin, better known as "Big Mom", is the captain of the Big Mom Pirates and was formerly one of the Four Emperors ruling over the New World, as the only female member of the group. She is the queen of the archipelago nation Totto Land, a place she seeks to form into a utopia where all the world's races can live together in peace without discrimination or segregation. She is also the matriarch of the Charlotte Family, whose children make up the ministers of her nation and the core infrastructure of her crew.
