Charlotte is extremely innocent yet she always has a serene expression because she is an adopted daughter the Davis Family don’t care about her at all. She was pretty much raised by her 13 mysterious masters. Because of that she hasn’t went to school for a long time. Charlotte is a retard because of an accident that happen to her when she was younger and it was because she was pushed down the stairs by her sister and after that she became a retard. Though she is innocent and kind Charlotte can be fearless and loyal she won’t stand by and watch anyone bully the weak.
