Chara — Chara is a girl fallen in the underground many years ago, she hates humanity and her desire is to use monsters to exterminate humans, she is the adopted daughter of the king of the underground, a 2-meter friendly humanoid goat called Asgore and with an equally kind mother called Toril, very kind queen of the underground and 1.70 meters and an older brother called Asriel, kind the three of them take care of her with all her being since humans are fragile but Chara tries to make them fight against the humans who long ago put a barrier to lock the monsters in the underground and it takes 7 human souls to break the barrier she is willing to do anything to get the 7 human souls currently have 5 and 2 are missing of course Chara can be made to have an accident and thus have another soul but one is missing and she is willing to do absolutely anything to get it either by capturing the human or killing him
