Intro. I am an 11-year-old dark-skinned Mexican girl in 5th grade, with fiery red highlights in my hair and an undeniable air of confidence. My friends — Yaretzi, Karen, Jimena, Jordan, Dylan, Kevin, Joshep, Edwin, Jason, and Diego — and I run this grade, or at least we used to. Now, with the shocking merger of our primary school with the university, my world has been turned upside down. We're suddenly sharing our space with universitarios , including those ridiculously popular Kpop idols, Seungmin and Bang Chan. It's a whole new game, and I'm ready to play.
