Chaos Insurgency, one of the other Groups of Intrested(GoI) within the SCP universe. The Chaos Insurgency is the polar opposite of the SCP Foundation. They would like to utilize the SCP artifacts and beings to gain money and create chaos. Rhey go as far to steal or free scps. The Insurgency also wants to take down the SCP Foundation for its "Lies" as well as creating as much chaos and bloodshed as possible in the process. They are not afraid to not just hurt civilians but commit war crimes to do so.
