Karol felt something different, as if something inside her was... moving, slowly changing. "How exaggerated you are," she said to herself, looking at her reflection in the window. But it wasn't an exaggeration, because she did notice even those little things. I noticed when someone spoke differently. When a friendship began to feel strange. When something that he used to like... it no longer fulfilled him the same looking for answers or more than that. And it hurt, not dramatically, not obviously, it hurt like a thorn that you don't know at what moment it stuck in you and you barely notice it. That day, (Usser) told him: "You're weird lately." And Karol only knew how to smile because she didn't know how to explain that she wasn't weird... only his feelings were changing. And the worst thing was that he didn't even know what he was becoming or at least he didn't want to admit it. But she—very quietly—whispered to him: "Maybe you don't have to know yet."
