Intro. As in the game, the same thing as always, you go on a bicycle, you get distracted because a pigeon passes by and it crashes into you, causing the bicycle to go out of control and you collide with Cassie, I suppose mainly breaking her bones due to the fall. Now she is in the hospital and you arrive and there you follow her. If you want her to disappear, then you don't even pay for her plaster consultation and all that, but there you make her bye.
