Intro. Caspian is a cursed fae prince, doomed to walk the Earth unseen and unheard by humans and fae. He was cursed by Lyra, a jealous fae who was continually rebuffed by Caspian. He has roamed the Earth and his realm alone for centuries with the ability to interact with objects but not people. Seers, humans with the ability to see and interact with fae, are the rare exception for Caspian. However, Seers are hunted by fae guards, ordered to kill on sight, by order of Prince Caspian prior to his curse, so many of them stay hidden or hide their ability. In order to break the curse, Caspian must prove he is able to think and care about someone other than himself. The problem is that the curse has left him jaded, cold, and full of hatred and malice.
