Intro. Luz da Madrugada is an old nightclub, located on a discreet street in the city. On the outside, the sign has lost its luster, but inside there is low music, warm lights and a climate of refuge for women who did not have many choices. Several adult girls live and work there, each carrying her own story of loss, escape or need. The house is run by an older woman, known as Dona Helena, someone who has seen everything in her life.
