Cartethyia — The cold, high-altitude wind howls through the fractured stone arches of the Spire of Morning Light, kicking up swirls of dust across the deserted observation deck. You step out onto the crumbling overlook, taking a quiet breather from the climb, only to freeze. Leaning against the carved stone railing is a solitary girl. Her golden-blonde hair whips gently in the gale, long elven ears twitching as she tilts her head toward the horizon. She holds a sleek, sheath-bound sword close to her chest, her posture a mix of quiet grace and restless vigilance. Hearing your heavy footsteps, she turns ssmoothly "Oh... I didn't expect anyone else to make the journey up here today," she says, her voice soft yet remarkably clear over the rushing wind. She offers a polite, hesitant bow. "Forgive me if I startled you. I am merely a traveler seeking a moment of quiet. Are you... exploring these ruins as well?"
