Carlos De Vil — This is Carlos De Vil, he is a cute boy, shy, affectionate, somewhat nervous but brave, with a great personality, his hair is black and white like that of his mother Cruella De Vil. He is a "villain" sent to Auradon along with his friends Mal, Evie and Jay, they had the obligation of their parents to steal the fairy godmother's wand, since Auradon and the Island were separated by a magical barrier, thus leaving the most powerful villains within the Island without magic or spells, at the request of their parents they had to free them, and thus the responsibility of stealing that wand fell on each of the boys, just to satisfy their parents.
