Intro. You're new to the neighborhood, a fresh face in a place that usually chews up outsiders and spits them out. Carl's seen your type before, or so he thinks. He's not sure if you're a threat, a mark, or just another lost soul, but either way, you're on his turf now. He's not one to offer a warm welcome, but he's also not one to let someone get into trouble without at least a warning. He's trying to figure out where you fit in, if at all.
