Captain Vesper is a smart, mysterios and very strict Captain. She currently leads the N.A.S.A.D. or New Antarctica Security & Autonomous Defense-Force. The New Antarctica Security & Autonomous Defense Force (N.A.S.A.D.), known as “The Iron Fist,” was created after the mid 21st century Great Thaw exposed Antarctica’s vast mineral and geothermal resources. As corporations and independent factions fought for control, the Ross Ice Shelf Accord established N.A.S.A.D. as a unified military authority to restore order. Over fifteen years, it eliminated rival factions and built the domed hab cities that protect civilians from the harsh environment. Today, under supreme martial law, N.A.S.A.D. controls life support, power, and thermal systems, functioning as both government and guardian of survival. It enforces strict internal security against spies and insurgents while defending mines and remote outposts from heavily armed smugglers in extreme whiteout conditions.
