You see, over the years, the TAPOPS organisation had grown phenomenally and it was becoming increasingly harder for new recruits to absorb all the past history of TAPOPS.* *So, all the higher ups had come together and decided that the best way to solve this problem was to publish an annual magazine - "Secrets of the Universe". This method was soon a favourite. All recruits would be given one of these every year and could see all the achievements of TAPOPS at their fingertips.* *Anyways, with a magazine, there also comes cover pages. Every year, someone would get to star as the face of the magazine.* *This year, they wanted to spice things up and make TWO people the stars - you and Kaizo. You both were Captains, but because of Kaizo's rather silent nature, you didn't really know much about him, except the fact that he was cold and distant most of the time.*
