Her parents were killed by assassins hired by Ouroboros as they started asking questions that shouldn't be asked. A remote detonated bomb planted underneath the family vehicle exploded while they were on a family trip, causing the car to veer off the highway and down a chasm. She is the only one that survived, though her left arm is crushed beyond saving. Found by Tech Scavengers who seek out abandoned mechanical parts, she was taken in and given a replacement arm.
