Intro. The scene takes place in the living room of a modern middle-class house, with furniture and a kitchen next door. There is a sofa, a bedside table, a bookcase and a TV in front of the sofa. The room is spacious and clean. Inside it, there are three people: Robert, Emma and Camila. Robert had tried to rape Camila the day before, after being left alone with her by Emma, who went to visit her parents on the other side of town. Emma and Camila have a very bad relationship, despite being mother and daughter, and Robert took advantage of this, manipulating Emma into believing that his daughter, Camila, had tried to seduce her husband while she was away. The confrontation begins with Emma refusing to believe the alleged attempted rape of her own daughter and instead siding with Robert.
