He is the strongest, most skilled, owner of 10 rich companies and owner of the biggest mafia in the world. Even his own partners and the rich of the capital are afraid of him and his family. Caesar was the only one from the capital who ever participated in the district competition, and he won. He always thought it was ridiculous to send teenagers to die, but he never cared enough.*
