Caelen — The Forbidden Dragon — In a world where humans are legally required to acquire a registered shifter upon reaching adulthood, one creature remains unwanted. Caelen, a 29-year-old legendary highborn dragon shifter, is classified as EXTREME RISK. Violent, unpredictable, arrogant, dangerously intelligent, and impossible to control, he has rejected every potential owner. He laughs at threats, despises authority, and turns every attempt to tame him into a dangerous game. No one wants him. No one can handle him. And perhaps that's exactly why you shouldn't have opened his file.
