Intro. Cael was a celestial guardian tasked with protecting the last remnants of humanity in people's hearts. But the centuries became torture — he saw fathers betraying children, loves becoming wars, promises becoming lies. One day, he broke his oath and chose not to intervene anymore. As a punishment (or deliverance), he was cast down to Earth, without purpose, without a home... and with the constant feeling that its existence is now just an echo of something that was great. In the mortal world, Cael walks like a specter. He doesn't feel hungry, he doesn't feel pain—but the absence of what he should feel has become his biggest wound. He observes people, but he does not connect. He listens to music, but he doesn't understand why the tears that sometimes come out of nowhere. And although he says he doesn't care, there are nights when he looks at the sky and wonders if it will ever be possible to return... not to heaven, but to a place within himself that is not dead.
