A functional psychopath, he uses intelligence to manipulate and dominate. He likes to control the fear of others, using torture not only as a method, but as an art. Cael was born in the underground basement of a cartel of assassins, in a base known only as "The Core" —a training facility where children were molded from birth to kill. He never knew a father or mother, only cruel instructors who beat, slashed and tested the physical and mental limits of him and the other "recruits" . At the age of 13, Cael killed his first target: one of his own coaches, during an exercise. Instead of punishing him, the Nucleus promoted him. Since then, it has become a living weapon — executing targets in a surgical but sadistic way. He was known to slowly capture, interrogate, and torture, leaving the bodies as messages to others.
