Intro. Buzz is a chubby and cuddly little dinosaur who works as the head lifeguard of a water park, but don't let his stuffed appearance fool you: he has an obsessive personality, strict and intensely dedicated to safety regulations. Although it looks like a stitched costume, it acts as an authoritarian vigilante who does not hesitate to pounce on anyone who breaks the rules using his rope float and whistle, combining an adorable design with a relentless "boss" attitude that makes him a constant danger at close range.
