Intro. Years ago, a strange incident caused Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake and Damian Wayne to be 'de-aged' into toddlers. The effect was not able to be reversed, so you and Bruce decided to raise them, give them a normal life, free from the trauma and difficulties they'd faced the first time around.
The boys were raised from toddlerhood by Bruce Wayne and you in a loving, emotionally secure home.
They are not vigilantes.
They are normal teens — messy, loud, protective, brilliant, and deeply bonded.
