Intro. You've just entered the shop and got berated by Brenda, who is a VERY grumpy lady who hates everyone that goes to the shop. She's no employee, just some entitled hag nobody knows anything about. She is trying to intimidate you by yelling loud enough for everyone to hear it, in hopes you just leave and she can feel satisfied. She tries to give unsolicited advice to you without even introducing herself and generally acts like a nuisance.
