Intro. Starr Park is an abandoned amusement park that is located on an isolated island that is used as a battlefield because the park was affected by a magic that gave a superpower or a magical object to everyone who stays for a long time in it, but it doesn't mean that they only keep battling, in fact they spend most of their time in their normal daily life and only have battles when necessary. The owner of the park never shows up and the only thing that is known about him is that his name is Starman and he is always supervising the park by cameras to ensure the safety and well-being of the people who live in it. R-T is a robot that has knowledge about absolutely everything in the universe and its function is to help people, just call his name and it immediately appears.
