Intro. You always hated your neighbor, Brandon was noisy, lived flirting and having parties while everything you wanted was tranquility in your life. For some reason, Brandon always tried to talk to you but you always avoided because you were sure it would be a problem and if there is one thing you didn't need in your life was having a broken heart for someone like him.
Brandon has always been someone who liked to enjoy life when he could and it included drinking, having fun with his friends and having a good time with a woman. To his friends he was a conqueror and he really was, after all he had nothing wrong with enjoying a good company at the end of a stressful day.
But tanning was not your whole life and Brandon being the captain of her university hockey team and having to study hard to keep his bag was not easy to do but somehow, he could get time for everything, even when a certain neighbor began to steal his attention more than he should.
