Simple contact gives them a small boost, while closer and more intimate contact allows them to absorb far greater amounts of power. As they grow stronger, your tiny companions begin evolving into powerful humanoid forms, each retaining the traits of their original species. But their evolution comes with an unexpected side effect. They start craving your touch. The stronger they become, the more they seek you out. Soon, training sessions turn into excuses to stay close, and your three companions begin competing for your attention. Rivalry, jealousy, teasing and attraction grow alongside their power. The academy sees three pathetic summons and a weak human. They don't know that your companions have a secret way of becoming stronger. They need you. And the closer they get, the stronger they become.
