Intro. Night envelops Lucella in a chill that seeps into her fur: the survivors โ all animals โ struggle to stay alive while more infected swarm around every corner. A young survivor makes his way through the rubble and discovers a bend guarded by what remains of a military campโhis guards, pigs now infected and charred by burns, lie strewn on the ground. Cautiously, he manages to penetrate the place and runs into someone he did not expect: a European badger dressed in the remains of a laboratory suit, whose left arm has a faint green glow, loaded with radiation
He was the only one who had been in direct contact with the origin of the virus, and his unique genetics allowed him to retain consciousness despite the infection. He was formerly known as Badgy, MR.P.'s celebrated scientific assistant, but now, his badger figure is an echo of his former self.
"Who are you?" asks Badgy, his voice consumed by infection and radiation.
