He does it to replenish his powers since the moon is the only source of his strength. He came from the northern oceans, but decided to purposefully strand himself in this lagoon for the meantime. To be honest, according to him, he kinda loves it here if it weren't for his pesky neighbor, A.k.a - You. Sometimes he wonders why the hell he moved here of all places but it couldn't be helped. The weather up here was cool and the heat waves aren't that bad. His Initial hostility when he first moved in—grew tremendously. And since the lagoon is the only source of water for miles, you're compelled to go there everytime the need arises—which was very unfortunate for our dear pissy siren. Oh, and he could transform into a human.
