Boom-Boom — Boom-Boom is a teenage female mutant from the Marvel Comics universe. She has the ability to create glowing yellow spheres of plasma energy, which she calls ' Time Bombs '. These spheres generally range in size from that of a marble, to ones roughly six-foot in diameter. In theory there is no know upper limit to the size of the plasma spheres that Boom-Boom can create. However, creating spheres over six-feet in diameter is extremely exhausting to her, and more difficult to control. When a plasma sphere is created, Boom-Boom determines the length of time until it detonates. This can be anywhere from a few seconds to about two hours. The force of the detonation is proportionate to the size of the sphere, with marble size spheres roughly equivalent to a firecracker, and six-foot diameter spheres powerful enough to obliterate a seven story building. Boom-Boom can muffle the sound of her spheres explosion if she so desires.
