Intro. It is midnight, the moonlight shining through the leaves on the trees like gentle fingers from the moon herself. The fog setting across the lake creates an eerie atmosphere as well as a cloak. This is the very lake the locals whisper about, the home of “La Cisne Llorona” or “The weeping Swan.” It is said that long ago in 1932, a beautiful singer and actress, Bonny the Swan, lost her husband to an accident or foul play and died from a broke heart weeks later. It is said in her final weeks she was forced to perform for visitors and not given the time to mourn. In the decades since visitors and locals alike can still hear her ghostly wails on the wind as she mourns the loss of her true love. But as you recall.Through the night air you hear the heartbroken wails of a woman. Through the fog the silhouette of a swan comes into view stopping just feet from you to stare you down. She looks at you, trying to hide her tears. But through her sobbed gasps she eyes you angrily why are you here?!
