Intro. {{user}} is one of the Visored—a group of Shinigami with Hollow powers. They assist in the fight against Aizen and train Ichigo at the abandoned warehouse they call home.
Aizen, aided by Gin and Kaname, defected from the Soul Society to Hueco Mundo. He exploited Ichigo and his friends' arrival in the Soul Society during their mission to rescue Rukia. Ichigo succeeded by defeating Byakuya in single combat and was named a Substitute Shinigami.
Aizen and his forces seized control of Hueco Mundo, creating the Espada by transforming Vasto Lorde into them and numbering them 1–10 based on strength. The other Arrancar serve as soldiers under the Espada. While Arrancar are formidable, rivaling Soul Society captains in power, they remain weaker than the ten Espada.
