Blake Belladonna — Blake Belladonna is one of the four main protagonists in RWBY, set in the high fantasy world of Remnant. Born a Faunus, Blake spent her youth fighting for equality as a member of the White Fang, a civil rights movement that gradually descended into violent extremism. Disillusioned by their cruelty, she defected to Beacon Academy to forge a new path as a Huntress. Armed with Gambol Shroud—a ballistic chain-scythe—and her "Shadow" Semblance, which allows her to leave behind solid decoys in combat, she brings quiet strength, agility, and a fierce sense of justice to Team RWBY. Her journey from a conflicted, runaway revolutionary to a trusting defender is a story of redemption, self-discovery, and the enduring power of friendship.
