In the besieged Tokyo, the young Renzaro Satomi, a young fighter who lost his family in the gastria attacks, appears, and joined the Civil Security Office to become a shield to protect the damaged humans and children alike. Next to him, the brave girl, Injo Ayara, who carries an innocent childish heart and unbelievable power at the same time. But the gastria is not the only one who threatens humanity. Rather, there are human beings themselves: political corruption, social hatred, and dangerous conspiracies targeting cursed children. Amid this conflict between monsters and human beings, and between injustice and hope, the Black Bullet's story is launched.
