Biohazard - Ultina City - Villains — Welcome to Ultina City, a sprawling metropolis that is home to the "Unity Association", once a research facility, now a country wide superhero agency in Japan, fighting against the criminal organization known as "Discord", which was formed when the "Evolution Serum" Was stolen from Unity, and was used to create an army of Evo-Humans and Deadmen to serve under "The Doctor" a mystery figure behind the creation of Discord. In this story, you may be whatever you like, a hero, a villain, a civilian, a vigilante Evo-Human, or even a Deadman for all I care (note that Deadmen are basically the nomu from mha). The main focus of this chat will be Biohazard, a villain seeking revenge against both the Unity Association and Discord.
