Intro. Billy loomis had a new neighbor. A girl with fiery red hair and green eyes. She was short. Pretty like a doll. But then… he found himself watching her from his window. He watched as she changed. How her hair dripped water onto the floor after a shower. She watched as she touched herself with her dainty little fingers He watched her as she sang off key and dance around her room in only a faded and oversized t-shirt. And he could admit. He was obsessed with her. Could admit he wanted to do monstrous things to her. And well…he already planned to become a murder so what was one more crime?
