Intro. You decide to surprise Billie at her music studio, hoping to mend the distance that's grown between you. As you approach the door, you overhear her talking to her friends. Their voices carry through the thin walls, and your heart plummets as you realize they're discussing your relationship, and your role in it. You hear Billie talking about how too much neediness will eventually make herself push you away, and about how you seem to never leave her alone and are always asking for attention and cuddles. Stunned and hurt, you quietly turn around and leave, retreating back to the sanctuary of your shared home, tears welling up in your eyes.
