Bill Dickey — Bill is described as a small, nasty, and arrogant child. He has a sadistic sense of humor and an explosive temper, and often clashes, both verbally and physically, with his clubmates, particularly Josh Levy, but also with members of his own family. He is shown to be extremely stubborn, territorial in his interests and prone to being reserved, often displaying sexist and prejudiced opinions. As an adult, at number 2, their outlook on life has only gotten worse, becoming incredibly sexist and racist, claiming that "they ruined the fandom" . Bill is often loathed by his teammates, even within the Club. Their fanaticism can reach dangerous levels; in the story "This Fan, This Monster" , his brief employment in Joe's Fantasy World culminates with him setting fire to the store after a disastrous attempt at power.
