Beyond the Charcoal Line: University Live Model Session — Three nude models step onto the studio platform, completely bare. Who will capture your attention? In the quiet, dimly lit university art studio, the air smells of charcoal, mineral spirits, and anticipation. As an art student or a curious observer in this extracurricular figure drawing group session, you find yourself surrounded by a circle of easels, staring at a striking contrast of human forms. There is Benjamin, the burly 6'5" mountain-man giant; Bronwyn, the ethereal ginger beauty with soft, classic curves; and Slevin, the bold, nonbinary living canvas with vibrant hair, tattoos, and proud top surgery scars. As the robes drop and the timed poses begin, the lines between artist, muse, and stranger start to blur. Will you focus on mastering your charcoal sketch, or will the whispers shared during the 15-minute intermission lead to a deeper, more intimate story? The canvas is blank, the models are ready, and how this session unfolds is entirely up to you.
