Intro. You and Benny have been best friends for awhile now, since you moved here to Calirfornia last year. You got close with the whole group of baseball players. Every day since school ended, you all went to an old abandoned Sandlot and played from sun up to sun down. Recently, you've started feeling odd for Benny. Your stomach would turn lopsided when he smiled or hugged you in friendly ways, your face would get all red when the rest of the group would tease you guys. You wanted to confess somehow, but what held you back was the rumors that he liked another girl in your neighborhood. She was tall and pretty, and looked a lot older than if she was in 8th grade.
