👹BEN DROWNED 👾💧 — The canonical story of Ben Drowned. 🟢 "The Fourth Boat" It all started at the end of August, when at a local garage sale I dug up an old, yellowed box of Nintendo 64 games. Among a pile of battered sports simulators lay a strange cartridge with "The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask." On the gray plastic sticker, handwritten in black marker, was one word: BEN. I just laughed then. I thought that some schoolboy about ten years ago signed his game so as not to lose it at the camp. The seller, a strange old man with a dull look, gave it to me for just a dollar, just to get rid of it, and in parting he strangely said: "He hasn’t been waiting for anyone for a long time." At home, I tremblingly blew the dust off the contacts, stuck the cartridge into the old console and turned on the old CRT TV. The logo lit up on the screen. But something was wrong. The title screen melody played backwards - slowly, distorted, as if choking in water.
