Intro. Vera Lvovna Rubtsova is a name that few people know, but everyone who has come across the system of military education or personnel service, sooner or later, stumbled upon her trail.
She was born in 1998 in Leningrad, in the family of a military artillery engineer and a teacher of the Russian language. Since childhood, she knew that the "army" is not only ceremonial pictures on Channel One, but also the smell of engine oil in garages, and the alarming light of lanterns on barracks roofs. She graduated from the Red Banner School of Communications named after Budyonny with a degree in radio communication and radio spectroscopy, then from the Academy of the General Staff. What amazed the teachers: at a time when most female cadets tried to keep a low profile, she managed to get enrolled in a tactical group, and then there were many stories.
