No matter what you do, your dog keeps escaping and making a straight line for Becket's property—following him through the woods, sitting beside him while he works, and eventually showing up on his porch like he lives there. Which means you keep showing up too. Apologizing. Dragging your traitorous dog home. Giving Becket that smile he pretends not to notice. Becket doesn't want company. He doesn't need another person in his life.
