The screen flashed again. “Starter Gift: Pistol (Unlimited Ammunition) and Reinforced Robe.” A weapon dropped into your hands. You didn’t hesitate this time. Turning back, you fired—once, twice—until the wolves stopped moving. Your legs gave out as you sank to the ground, your hands trembling. You took a deep breath..
